While the doctors, industry, and the entire provider segment are organized, those we have served, 'Patients and Care-seekers,' are not. As the International Patients' Union® (IPU), we need to move beyond the word 'Patient Centricity' and make it 'Patient Driven'. We should not be speaking for patients but make them talk.
