Personalized & Unified Language Systems for Enterprise
Custom Small Language Models for Healthcare Providers
Context
Why healthcare needs models trained on your institution
Generic AI can’t carry your protocols, vocabulary, or risk profile. PULSE is built around that gap.
“The agents powering tomorrow’s healthcare workflows don’t have to come from big tech.”
Through the Academy of Digital Health Sciences (ADHS) and Health Parliament, DHA works with thousands of healthcare professionals, hospital systems, and health executives across 193 countries.
As agentic AI becomes an operational necessity, institutions need speed without compromising data safety — custom models trained on each institution’s data, terminology, and clinical processes.
Most providers sit on decades of clinical data without the infrastructure to turn it into institutional intelligence; general-purpose AI doesn’t understand their workflows, and in-house AI teams are out of reach for many.

Program
Managed SLMs you own end to end
Fine-tuning, evaluation, and alignment — delivered as a service, deployed on your infrastructure.
What you receive
DHA PULSE is a managed fine-tuning service that gives hospitals, clinics, and physician networks their own custom Small Language Model — trained on their data, optimized for their clinical context, and fully owned by them.
How we build it
Providers share their data and pay a service fee. DHA handles everything upstream: data preprocessing, fine-tuning on base models like Gemma 4 (using efficient techniques like LoRA/QLoRA), evaluation, and alignment.
Where it runs
The provider receives a model built around their institution — ready to deploy on their own infrastructure, with no dependency on DHA’s servers.
Delivery
From compliance to go-live — in three moves
Contracts, training, and handoff — structured so clinical and IT teams know what happens when.
Contract & compliance
Providers sign a data agreement and onboarding contract under full compliance frameworks (HIPAA, ABDM, and regional equivalents).
Train for your workflows
DHA ingests and preprocesses anonymized clinical data and fine-tunes a base SLM for the provider’s use case — diagnostic assistance, clinical note summarization, drug information, patient triage.
Deploy with governance
The trained model is then delivered to the institution for self-hosted deployment. DHA provides guardrailing, safety alignment, and model governance guidance so institutions deploy responsibly and within regulatory boundaries.
